The project involves migrant women or women with a non-Western background and with medium-high levels of education, in a training pathway aimed at enabling the acquisition and development of personal, transversal and specific competencies and skills necessary for their full integration and reintegration in the European labour market, thus generating well-being for themselves and for the society they live in.

Course description

This course addresses the needs migrant women or women with a non-Western background and with medium-high levels of education, that would like to exploit the potential of entrepreneurship to participate equally in the economy. In this regard, they shall develop their competences in the following areas:

Who can take this course

Learners’ profile

The course is aimed at women with a non-Western background or migrant women who have medium to high levels of education and are interested in pursuing entrepreneurship or social entrepreneurship.

Learners’ background knowledge

Learners should have a basic understanding of business concepts, although this is not required. Basic computer skills are required, such as the ability to use email, navigate the internet, and use productivity software like Microsoft Word and Excel.

Participation prerequisites / special needs

No prerequisites. The educational environment (MOOC) is accessible through a personal computer or a tablet, both connected to the internet.
